Cara mudah dan cepat untuk mengatasi error Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service service, adalah dengan cara me-reset Winsock Catalog yang langkahnya adalah sebagai berikut :
- Buka/jalankan Command Prompt sebagai Administrator
- Ketik netsh winsock reset kemudian tekan Enter
